Rethink your career:
If you’re an experienced 360° recruiter (ideally within Technology, Digital or FMCG) who is experienced with building and running a permanent desk, our team in Bristol wants to meet you.
You’ll understand the challenges of working in a candidate-led market, how to promote your clients as employers of choice in their local area and/or sector, be confident in negotiating favourable terms of business and use a full range of tools to source suitable candidates – including the latest social media offerings.
You’ll have a proven track record in the recruitment industry, be a confident and clear communicator, enjoy building relationships with candidates and clients alike and get a buzz from business development.
