Accelerated Progression

Tenacity is Christine’s middle name, so it’s no wonder she has accelerated her progression at Rethink, recently being made a director running our £37m turnover Bristol operation.

Christine Christodoulou is regional director for Rethink Recruitment, managing the company’s Bristol office and a team of 40 people. She’s a unique asset, her ability to motivate her colleagues all day long is something we’ve long cherished in Christine.

She’s an inspiration to anyone who wants to truly carve out a career in recruitment having worked her way up through the team to her current position; her team currently outputs almost £40m of the Group’s total turnover per year.
