Fully funded MBA

Want to study while you work? Then meet Humza - we’re currently funding his ambition to secure an MBA.

Humza works at ReThink Recruitment, based out of our Manchester office. Last year he decided to undertake an MBA at Manchester Business School to ‘better himself and benefit the company.’

“I’ve been in recruitment for eight years,” said Humza who is 29. “It’s completely unheard of for someone to have an MBA in our industry so I’m delighted to be doing something arguably unique and learning lots in the process.

“There’s another dimension too; when I’m at university and studying I’m also networking with prospective clients and colleagues, meeting people from other industries such as the banking, environmental and medical sectors.”

Although it can be challenging working and studying Humza isn’t deterred: “Rethink have been supportive and allow me to take one day off per week – paid – to study!

“Ultimately I see my MBA as a fast-track to board level; it’s a big commitment but a dream come true for me.”
