The start of something new

Marc wanted a change of pace, Rethink recognised his skillset and offered him a chance to try something new.

Marc joined Rethink as a Resourcer and transitioned swiftly through to an Account Manager but he found himself wanting "more responsibility working within the business itself."

"Most recruitment companies have a straight path from Resourcer to Sales Consultant" said Marc, "However, Rethink recognized that it was the co-ordination for key accounts that drove me each day and, therefore, offered me the role of Business Operations Manager."

"It's not every day that you get a chance to change your career path completely within the same company and operations is something I am really keen to invest my time and energy in."

Marc is clearly ambitious, when asked what his next career step might be he replied "It's still early days, so I am not sure what I'll do next, but the title my boss has sound rather nice!"
