Demonstrating how investment in the team and career progression is at the heart of the Rethink Group's ethos, its 'Next Destination' career map gives consultants, like Alex Franklin a clear understanding as to what promotional paths they can pursue.

Alex has recently been promoted to a recruitment consultant role in Rethink’s Bristol office following 18 months as recruitment executive. As part of the Next Destination programme, he had to present a business plan to his manager, regional director and COO demonstrating his commercial understanding and ambition for the business.

He said: "Before joining Rethink in 2015 I was a management consultant and I have enjoyed developing my specialism in the Healthcare, IM&T and Informatics Interim Market for my clients at Rethink.

"The business has supported me greatly and provided so many opportunities to grow my role and remit. As well as specific training objectives, there is a clear career path within the business and I have certainly found that this has encouraged me to strive for success and promotion."
