Chris was offered his dream job with Rethink after we recognised his unique skillset and tailored a role specifically for him.

Chris already had over 11 years of experience in recruitment before joining Rethink and quickly moved up the ranks to become an Onsite Account Manager for a major client.

"Following several successful years onsite, the Board recognised the creative skills I had been utilising in developing employer value propositions, recruitment micro-sites and info-graphic centric reporting, which lead to me being able to fulfil a lifelong career ambition – transitioning into a pure creative marketing role."
