A different side to Recruitment

Nicola was daunted at first by a change of position but soon found that Rethink offered all the support she could want.

Nicola started at Rethink as a Recruitment Executive but was offered a chance to transition to the Talent Management team. "The chance to work in a different area of recruitment that I'd never experienced was a great opportunity and clearly a brilliant chance to expand my horizons from a career perspective" said Nicola.

Despite feeling slightly daunted by her new role, Nicola quickly found her feet. "There was a constant network of support around me from the RTM and Manchester teams to help me with whatever I needed."

Nicola is now excited about her future at Rethink, saying "it's been an interesting journey with the client so far, so it will be very interesting to see where it goes."

"It's been a steep learning curve but definitely the right move thanks to the RTM guys for (sometimes literally) holding my hand!"
