ReThink Recruitment's Elliott Coles has proved that he is not one to shy away from a challenge, in both his professional and personal life. The thrill seeking interim contract specialist completed a 100-mile Himalayan marathon last year to raise money for a Bristol-based cancer charity.
He has worked for ReThink Recruitment for the past five years and has recently relocated from the South West to the North West with the business to expand on his role and to spend more time with his girlfriend who lives in the region.
Elliott, a former semi-professional footballer with Keynsham Town and who now works with the NHS and other public service organisations said: "Having spent the past twelve months commuting between the South West and the North West, I decided that the time was right to relocate and join the team in Manchester.
"I am extremely grateful to be working for a business that offers such a level of flexibility and opportunity and has been nothing but supportive throughout my move.
“It mirrors the company’s attitude when I was training for a marathon; ReThink gave me its full backing with nine days paid leave to complete the challenge as well as time off to train and to travel to India. It’s so motivating to know you can go to your bosses with crazy ideas like these and get their support."
