Starting out his career as a recruitment consultant at ReThink Recruitment - Manchester in 2011, Matt Williams was seen as a vital member of the team, always thinking creatively to ensure the best candidates were placed in their perfect role.

In 2014 Matt took an in-house position at growing Manchester-based online retailer boohoo.com as resourcing advisor, identifying the best digital experts for roles within the brand. Gaining a different perspective and new skills put Matt in an excellent position to return to ReThink 2 years later, re-joining the team as recruitment consultant, specialising in PHP.
