Be my Boss!

Sunday night back-to-work fear? Nope, not familiar with that in my role. I work in Bristol’s happiest workplace – an award my colleagues and I won last year (so that makes it official!). I can honestly say, hand on heart, it’s a pleasure to spend my working days in our office in Bristol City Centre – surrounded by colleagues managing talent and recruitment processes for clients in the retail, tech and healthcare sectors. The latter industry, healthcare, is the area I’m responsible for. I personally manage an awesome team of recruiters and together, we help our clients by offering effective interim and permanent recruitment solutions. We’re a leading practice in this space and our team’s made up of a mixture of personalities, ages and experience levels. Together, we pride ourselves on working hard, supporting each other to be the best and excelling at everything we do! Another area of my role is working alongside our regional director to ensure what I’m doing helps the overall growth of our business, so it’s no surprise to hear I’m keen to be an active part of the recruitment process as we unearth a new boss for the Bristol office. So why the change? Well, we’re losing our awesome incumbent regional director in a few months’ time; she’s off to join a family business in a completely different sector.
